H 3286 General Bill, By J.H. Hodges
    A Bill to amend Chapter 53, Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 14 so as to provide for the definition of "anabolic steroid", to provide what constitutes unprofessional conduct for a practitioner, to provide what constitutes a violation of this Article, and to provide penalties for violations; and to add certain violations of Article 14 to the list of crimes classified as felonies by Section 16-1-10.
