    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-25-135 so as to provide that in computing experience for teacher's certificates any portion of teaching time must be added to the calculations on a fractional basis and that a teacher who wishes to update his certificate must provide the Department of Education with the appropriate documentation.
