    A Bill to amend Section 38-37-710, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Reinsurance Facility so as to require the Facility to reinsure a risk covered under any policy of liability insurance written or offered for any vehicle licensed or otherwise that is legally authorized to travel on the public streets and highways of this State.
