A Bill to amend Section 51-13-720, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Patriot's Point Development Authority, so as to add two members to the Authority, one from the Ways and Means Committee, to be appointed by its Chairman and one from the Senate Finance Committee, to be appointed by its Chairman, both to serve for terms of two years.
