    A Bill to amend Sections 30-4-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to certain matters declared public information under the Freedom of Information Act, so as to provide that information contained in a police incident report or an employee's salary schedule and home addresses and telephone numbers of employees and officers of public bodies may not be utilized for commercial solicitation and to prohibit the interpretation of this provision to restrict access by the public and press to information contained in public records.-amended title
