    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 745 OF 1967, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE RENEWABLE WATER RESOURCES, SO AS TO INCREASE THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE COMMISSION FROM NINE TO ELEVEN MEMBERS; TO PROVIDE THAT AT LEAST ONE MEMBER MUST BE FROM SPARTANBURG COUNTY; AND TO CLARIFY THAT EACH MEMBER MUST SERVE AT LARGE, BE A RESIDENT OF A MEMBER COUNTY, AND BE A RESIDENT OF THE RENEWABLE WATER RESOURCES’ SERVICE AREA; AND TO DELETE OBSOLETE REFERENCES.
