A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 6-11-295 so as to provide that violations of ordinances or regulations of special purpose districts or public service districts relating to garbage or trash collection are unlawful and to provide penalties for these violations, to limit the application of this Section to those districts which have governing bodies elected by the qualified electors of the district, and to amend Section 4-9-30, as amended, relating to the powers of county councils, so as to authorize a county by ordinance to provide that the uniform service charge in a special tax district may be collected on an annual, semiannual, quarterly, or monthly basis.-amended title
