A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2945, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to felony DUI, so as to provide that any person in a vehicle which causes great bodily injury or death of another, who was under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or a combination of alcohol or drugs, is guilty of a violation of this Section if the driver of the vehicle cannot be reasonably determined and it is not shown by clear preponderance of the evidence that this person was not the driver of the vehicle.
