    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-3-1910, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL LICENSE TAGS TO DISABLED PERSONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE SPECIAL LICENSE TAGS MUST BE ISSUED FOR VEHICLES NOT MORE THAN SIX THOUSAND POUNDS EMPTY DRY WEIGHT THAT ARE NOT USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.
