    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-3-1565 so as to require the State Department of Mental Health to provide long-term counseling services at no cost to victims of the offense of criminal sexual conduct and to require that the counseling be provided at a location convenient to the victim.
