H 3348 General Bill, By E.W. Simpson
    A Bill to amend Chapter 101, Title 59, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to colleges and institutions of higher learning by adding Section 59-101-285 so as to make it unlawful for any person, for the purpose of inducing a student athlete at an institution of higher learning in this State to allow that person to become a student's agent, to cause, encourage, or induce the student to violate any rule or regulation affecting the student's eligibility to participate in intercollegiate athletic competition in a sport in which the prospective agent seeks to represent the student, and to provide penalties for violation.
