    A Bill to amend Section 59-111-320, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the authorization for persons age sixty or over to attend classes at state-supported colleges, universities, and technical schools without payment of tuition, so as to delete a provision which prevents the person from being entitled to free tuition if his spouse receives compensation as a full-time employee.
