    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-3-180, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE MITIGATION TRUST FUND ADMINISTERED BY THE BOARD OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, SO AS TO FURTHER PROVIDE FOR THE AUTHORITY OF THE TRUSTEES OF THIS FUND, AND TO CLARIFY THE PURPOSES OF THE FUND AND THE USES FOR WHICH THE FUNDS MAY BE EXPENDED.
