    A House Resolution to amend Rule 5.3 of the Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to the General Appropriation and Supplemental Appropriation Bills, so as to change the information which must be printed in all State Appropriation Bills in each stage in their passage, delete requirements of how certain appropriations must be shown, and provide that appropriations must be in conformity with the program budget format as adopted by the Ways and Means Committee.
