    A Bill to amend Section 59-1-440, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to length of instructional day for secondary and elementary students and volunteer blood drives so as to provide that the last three days of a semester the instructional day may be reduced from six hours to three hours for grades nine through twelve for exam purposes.
