    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 2-19-25 so as to allow the Joint Committee to Review Candidates for Offices Elected by the General Assembly to accept applications from and report its finding and recommendations concerning persons who desire to be elected to the Public Service Commission and who applied to the Merit Selection Panel but were not nominated by the Panel, and to provide that the General Assembly may elect such persons to the Commission.
