A Bill to amend Chapter 25, Title 40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Fitting and Selling of Hearing Aids Act, so as to change the references to the practice of specializing in hearing aids act, revise definitions and the powers and duties of the Department of Health and Environmental Control, change the references to the Commission of Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters to the Commission of Hearing Aid Specialists and revise related requirements, and revise the requirements for licenses, permits, licensees, permittees, examination, education, fees, suspension, revocation, and penalties, and provide for the licensing of audiologists; and to reauthorize the existence of the Commission of Hearing Aid Specialists for six years.-amended title
