    A Bill to amend Section 9-1-1140, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Retirement System, and Section 9-11-50, as amended, relating to the Police Officers Retirement System, so as to provide that members of these systems at retirement, after March 31, 1991, shall receive certain retirement service credits for not more than ninety days of their unused sick leave.
