    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 7-13-25 so as to provide for nonpartisan elections for county auditor, treasurer, clerk of court, and the register of mesne conveyances; and to repeal Section 12-39-10 relating to the appointment and term of the county auditor and Section 12-45-10 relating to the appointment, oath, and bond of the county treasurer.
