    A Bill to require candidates for the position of law enforcement officer to undergo psychological screening in the use of deadly force and firearms, as part of basic training, before being commissioned or employed as a law enforcement officer; to require the psychological screening to be administered by the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy; and to provide for the promulgation of regulations.
