    A BILL TO AMEND TITLE 39, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING CHAPTER 56 SO AS TO ENACT THE SOUTH CAROLINA PERPETUAL CARE CEMETERY ACT, ESTABLISH THE SOUTH CAROLINA PERPETUAL CARE CEMETERY BOARD, PROVIDE FOR ITS POWERS AND DUTIES, AND REVISE THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER REGARDING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BURIAL VAULTS, CEMETERIES, AND LICENSES; AND TO REPEAL CHAPTER 55, TITLE 39 RELATING TO CEMETERIES.
