    A Bill to amend Section 59-63-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirements for children to attend public school, so as to delete the provisions allowing attendance in a district if the child owns certain real estate and to provide for the children attending school pursuant to that provision on this Act's effective date.
