H 3422 General Bill, By L.L. Taylor and R.S. Corning
    A Bill to make it unlawful for a mining operation which extracts any precious metal from a particular mine in the State to import any raw material existing outside an area having a twelve-mile radius in every direction from the processing facility for the mine into such prescribed area for processing purposes, or any other purpose, at that processing facility, and to prescribe penalties.
