    A Concurrent Resolution to invite the winners of the 1989 South Carolina Folk Heritage Award and the members of the 1989 South Carolina Folk Heritage Advisory Committee to attend a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the Hall of the House on Wednesday, April 5, 1989, at 12:00 noon, and to recognize and commend the 1989 South Carolina Folk Heritage Award winners for their outstanding contributions to folk art in South Carolina.
