    A Concurrent Resolution memorializing United States District Court Judge Thomas Flannery that, in allocating the share to which the State of South Carolina is entitled of the approximately two billion dollar judgment against Exxon Corporation, the final order provide that such share be placed with the South Carolina State Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund of the State of South Carolina to be appropriated as provided in the 1986-87 annual General Appropriations Act of the State.
