A Bill to amend Section 12-43-220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to classification of real property for tax purposes so as to provide that agricultural land which is leased to be used for hunting purposes must be assessed at six percent of its fair market value unless it is leased to the State in which case it must be assessed at four percent of its fair market value.
