    AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 50-13-675, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO NONGAME FISHING DEVICES AND GEAR THAT ARE PERMITTED TO BE USED IN CERTAIN BODIES OF FRESHWATER, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES MAY ISSUE ONE RECREATIONAL LICENSE TO A PERSON SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER FOR THE USE OF HOOP NETS ALONG THE WATEREE RIVER, AND TO MAKE A TECHNICAL CHANGE. - ratified title
