    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-23-340, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF NUMBERS AND CERTIFICATES FOR MOTORBOATS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION REQUIRING A FEE DO NOT APPLY TO MOTORBOATS OWNED BY A VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD THAT ARE USED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE RESCUE SQUAD.
