    A Bill to amend Title 42, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Workers' Compensation, by adding Section 42-5-85 so as to require Workers' Compensation insurance carriers to maintain and staff a claims office in this State or to designate an independent claims facility and to require an employer to make this information available to employees.
