    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-29-75 so as to prohibit after June 30, 1994, the sale or offer for sale of a manufactured home unless a sprinkler system is installed, and to authorize the State Fire Marshal to promulgate regulations relating to the type of sprinkler system required.
