    A Concurrent Resolution commending and congratulating the men and women of Companies A and C, and Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 111th Signal Battalion, South Carolina Army National Guard, for distinguishing themselves and bringing great honor upon our State by receiving the highest signal systems efficiency rating of all of the military units involved in the United States military training exercise known as REFORGER (Return of Forces to Germany), the largest Joint Chiefs of Staff annual military exercise.
