H 3481 General Bill, By J.D. Bradley
    A Bill to amend Article 33, Chapter 5, Title 56, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to size, weight, and load of motor vehicles, by adding Section 56-5-4165 so as to provide that the Department of Highways and Public Transportation when checking vehicles for weight and load at department-operated weigh stations or scales shall also randomly check these vehicles, in a manner determined by the State Highway Commission, for the operating equipment and safety devices required by law.
