    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-77-591 so as to establish procedures whereby the adjustment of any claim or loss arising out of a policy of automobile liability insurance which has been ceded to the Reinsurance Facility must be rotated among adjusters licensed to do business in this State.
