H 3492 General Bill, By Washington, J.J. Bailey and L.S. Whipper
    A Bill to amend Section 16-11-311, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to burglary in the first degree, so as to increase the minimum discretionary fine from fifteen years to twenty-five years; to amend Section 16-11-312, relating to burglary in the second degree, so as to increase the maximum discretionary penalty from fifteen years to twenty-five years; and to amend Section 16-11-313, relating to burglary in the third degree, so as to increase the maximum imprisonment terms from five to seven years on a first offense and from ten to twelve years on a second offense.
