H 3495 General Bill, By Townsend and R.O. Kay
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 23 in Chapter 31 of Title 5, so as to provide for state funding for municipal water and sewer systems building and renovation projects above certain limits when the systems do not meet Department of Health and Environmental Control standards, to provide for operation and maintenance of the improved water and sewer systems from local source funds, and to restrict changes in applicable regulations.
