A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-77-350 so as to provide that a person who is guilty of a violation, for a first offense, of Section 56-5-5310 (operating a motor vehicle not in good working order) may not have his automobile insurance premiums increased when the violation is for not having a taillight in good working order.
