    A JOINT RESOLUTION TO PROVIDE THAT BEGINNING WITH FISCAL YEAR 2011, AND CONTINUING FOR TWO FISCAL YEARS THEREAFTER, THE COMPENSATION OF ALL MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY MUST BE REDUCED BY TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT, AND TO DEFINE THE TERM "COMPENSATION".
