    A Bill to amend Section 38-7-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the tax on Workers' Compensation insurers, so as to change the tax rate beginning with fiscal year 1989-90; and to amend Section 42-5-190, relating to Workers' Compensation and the tax on self-insurers, so as to change the tax rate beginning with fiscal year 1989-90.
