H 3525 General Bill, By D. Blackwell
    A Bill to amend Section 12-35-550, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to sales tax exemptions, so as to provide that the sales tax exemption regarding the sale of automobiles to certain persons in the Armed Forces domiciled in or a resident of another state also applies to the sale of property-carrying vehicles with a gross weight of five thousand pounds or less.
