    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-63-55 SO AS TO ENACT "HUNTER'S LAW" REQUIRING THE STATE REGISTRAR TO DEVELOP A "CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH RESULTING IN STILLBIRTH" FORM WHICH MUST BE OFFERED TO MOTHERS WHOSE DELIVERY RESULTED IN FETAL DEATH OF TWENTY COMPLETED WEEKS OF GESTATION OR A WEIGHT OF THREE HUNDRED FIFTY GRAMS AND TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH A FORM IF COMPLETED MUST BE FILED WITH THE COUNTY REGISTRAR. - ratified title
