A Concurrent Resolution to set Wednesday, January 20, 1988, immediately following the election to fill seats on the South Carolina Employment Security Commission as the time for the election of the successor to fill the unexpired term of the Honorable Julius B. Ness, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and to fix 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 1988, as the time for a joint session of the General Assembly to elect successors for certain members of the Supreme, Circuit, and Family Courts.
