H 3546 General Bill, By Hayes
    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2950, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to chemical tests of breath, blood, and urine to determine the presence of alcohol and drugs in the operator of a motor vehicle, so as to provide that a person operating a motor vehicle involved in an accident resulting in a death must have a test provided by this Section administered to determine the presence of alcohol or drugs in him.
