    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 33, Title 43, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to rights of disabled persons, so as to promote the use of assistance dogs and to assure equality of opportunity, participation, and treatment of persons with disabilities using guide dogs and to provide for a civil remedy and criminal penalties for violations.
