A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-39-105 so as to provide that satisfactory completion of the driver education and training course which school districts are required to establish is a requirement for a state high school diploma for all students graduating during or after the 1990-91 school year, and to provide exceptions.
