H 3583 Joint Resolution, By R.A. Kohn
    A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 1, Article VIII-A of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the powers of the General Assembly in regard to alcoholic liquors and beverages so as to provide that the governing body of a county or municipality wherein a business or nonprofit organization licensed to sell alcoholic liquors and beverages in sealed containers of two ounces or less is located may also regulate the hours of operation of these businesses or organizations.
