H 3584 General Bill, By R.A. Kohn
    A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 9 of Title 61, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to beer, ale, porter, and wine permits by adding Section 61-9-475 so as to provide that restrictions which prohibit the location of establishments selling alcoholic liquor or beverages within certain distances of churches, schools, and playgrounds also apply to establishments selling beer, ale, porter, or wine for on-premises consumption, and to provide exceptions.
