H 3584 General Bill, By Davenport
    A Bill to amend Sections 12-27-1260 and 12-27-1270, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the additional gasoline tax revenue for the Strategic Highway Plan and Economic Development Account, so as to set aside twenty percent of the additional gasoline tax for distribution to counties as "C" funds based on a point of sale formula, to make ineligible for the distribution counties with more than twenty-five million dollars in projects scheduled under the Strategic Highway Plan, and to provide for the redistribution of revenues of ineligible counties.
