    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-21-2420, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ADMISSIONS TAX AND THE PAYMENT OF AND EXEMPTIONS TO THE ADMISSIONS TAX, SO AS TO EXEMPT PHYSICAL FITNESS CENTERS OF THIS STATE AND ITS POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS IN THE SAME MANNER THAT PRIVATE PHYSICAL FITNESS CENTERS LICENSED UNDER CHAPTER 79 OF TITLE 44 ARE EXEMPT.
