    A Bill to amend Section 57-5-570, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the requirement that records of highway rights-of-way for each road in a county be maintained in the office of the clerk of court of that county, so as to provide that these records must now be maintained in the office of the tax assessor for that county.
