    A Bill to amend Section 44-79-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions in the Physical Fitness Services Act, so as to revise the definition of "center"; to amend Section 44-79-30, as amended, relating to physical fitness services credit contract requirements, so as to define a credit contract as one lasting over three months or over one hundred dollars in amount rather than for over one month or over fifty dollars in amount; and to repeal Section 44-79-110 relating to exemptions from the Physical Fitness Services Act.
